Building your Aquila is a well-orchestrated and refined process. Boats move down the production line ensuring that all is completed in sequence to create the most efficient process. This enhances quality as well as attention to detail for an exceptionally-crafted vessel.
Thorough Inspection
Aquila has invested significantly in factory testing stations where each boat is checked before shipping. The test tank not only allows for live testing of all on board systems but is also equipped with a monsoon system that blasts, dumps and nozzles a high volume of water across the entire vessel allowing the team to check for leaks, disruptions in reliability, proper drainage.
Aquila boats are built at Sino Eagle’s million-square foot facility in Hangzhou City, China - one of the most environmentally friendly and employee-responsible factories found anywhere in the world.
